When you return to work, you need to do everything on your power to keep safe and distant. At Envision Legal, we are happy to offer socially distant spaces in Downtown and Summerlin where the seating is at safe distances in our always pristine conference rooms.
But we understand that, sometimes, you need to have an impromptu meeting in your office. Here are a few ways you can make a socially distanced conference space in your office.
- If set up around a long table, make sure you keep a seat or two between everyone.
- If possible, try setting up several small tables so everyone can have their own safe space.
- Limit the amount of people in the meeting to only those who need to be there.

- Keep ample space between you and others when entering and exiting a room.
- Only use your own supplies, don’t borrow others’.
